Why we have policies

Because quality care needs protected time. Policies help us deliver the G d'Or standard — calm rhythm, clear scope, and a consistent finish.

Rescheduling & cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible — we recommend at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest and keep our schedule running smoothly.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver your treatment within the remaining time. If the delay is significant, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting the next guest's appointment.

Add-ons & removal

Please book removals and add-ons (nail art, polish changes, extended treatments) in advance. This ensures we allocate enough time for a thorough, comfortable experience — and avoids any need to rush.

Sensitivities & special needs

If you have skin sensitivities, allergies, recent procedures, or any condition we should know about, please note it when you book or email us at hello@gdor.lu. We will adapt products and techniques to suit your needs.

Hygiene & studio standards

Medical-grade hygiene is foundational to everything we do. Tools are cleaned and sterilised between every client. Workstations are reset to an immaculate standard before each appointment. This is not a policy — it is how we operate.
