Always. Tell us the level of definition you prefer and we will calibrate accordingly. Our default is refined — never heavy, never harsh.
Which lash option should I choose?+
For a natural lift without extensions, choose a lash lift + tint. For more visible fullness, choose extensions (1D for classic, 2–3D for volume, 4–5D for drama). Your specialist can advise based on your natural lashes.
Do I need to book removal separately for extensions?+
Yes — select lash extension removal in your booking so we can allocate the proper time and protect your natural lashes.
What is the difference between a classic and Korean lash lift?+
A classic lash lift curls lashes upward from the root for a wide, open-eye effect. The Korean technique produces a gentler, more elongated and natural-looking curl — better suited to sensitive eyes, fine lashes, or anyone who finds a strong curl too dramatic. Both include tinting and last 6–8 weeks.
How long does brow lamination last, and how should I care for it?+
Results typically last 6–8 weeks. For the first 24 hours, keep brows dry and avoid steam, sweating or touching them — the setting process is still active. After that, brush daily with a spoolie and use a brow-conditioning serum to maintain the shape and keep hairs healthy between appointments.
Can I book brow lamination and a lash lift in the same appointment?+
Yes — this is a popular combination. Book both services and they will be scheduled sequentially. The total appointment typically runs 75–90 minutes. Mention the combination in your booking notes so your specialist can plan the session efficiently.
