Common questions
Do I need to book removal separately?
Yes — if you need gel or semi-permanent removal, select the removal option when booking. This ensures we reserve enough time so your appointment stays comfortable and thorough.
I am not sure whether to choose gel or semi-permanent.
Gel is ideal for longer-lasting wear and strength. Semi-permanent gives a glossy, chip-resistant finish with a lighter feel. If you are still unsure, mention it in your booking notes and your specialist will guide you.
Can I request a specific look?
Absolutely. Choose your service, then share your preference — neutral, bold, French, Baby Boomer, or anything specific. We will match the finish to what you have in mind.
What is the difference between a classic and medical pedicure?
A classic pedicure focuses on grooming, shaping and finish. A medical pedicure provides deeper, more thorough foot care — ideal if you need extra attention for calluses, thickened nails or specific foot concerns. For clinical conditions, we recommend consulting a podiatrist.

Can I add polish to any pedicure?+
Yes. Choose regular or semi-permanent polish as part of your booking so we can allocate the right time.
Is the environment relaxing?+
It is designed to be. The studio is warm, measured and calm — you are welcome to close your eyes and switch off.
What is the difference between a gel refresh and a builder gel infill?+
A gel refresh removes existing product and applies fresh semi-permanent polish — ideal for colour changes or when the gel has grown out but the nails are still in good shape. A builder gel infill rebuilds the structural gel layer itself and applies new semi-permanent polish — recommended when the gel needs to be renewed. Your specialist can advise at the appointment if you are unsure which applies.
Can I book a manicure and pedicure in the same appointment?+
Yes. Select both services when booking — the system will schedule them back-to-back and reserve the correct time. A combined appointment typically runs 90–120 minutes depending on the services chosen. You can mix any combination of hand and foot treatments.
