Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking to protect your time. If we have availability, we will do our best to fit you in — but a reservation is always the surest way to get the time you want.
How do I book?
Online via our booking page. Choose your category, select your service, pick your time, and confirm. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Yes. Add each service to your booking so we can allocate the correct total time and keep your appointment flowing smoothly.
Services & add-ons
Do you offer gel or semi-permanent removal?
Yes. Select the removal option when booking so we can include it in your appointment time. Removal is done gently with care for nail health.
Do you work with acrylic?
We specialise in natural nail care, gel and semi-permanent services. Acrylic is not currently offered.
What add-ons are available?
Add-ons vary by service — options include nail art, French finish, paraffin treatment and more. These are shown in the booking menu when you select your service.
Do you offer packages or bundles?
Check the booking menu for current availability. If you would like to combine treatments, email us and we will help you plan.
Skin, sensitivities & preparation
How should I prepare for a facial?
Arrive makeup-free if possible. Note any sensitivities, allergies or active skincare treatments (retinol, acids, recent procedures) when you book.
I have sensitive skin. Can I still book?
Absolutely. Let us know at booking and we will select products and techniques suitable for reactive or delicate skin.
What products do you use?
We use clinically proven, professional-grade skincare from Methode Physiodermie and HydroPeptide, supported by advanced treatment technologies. See our Approach page for details.
Visiting
Where are you located?
Cloche d’Or Shopping Center (1st Floor), 25 Boulevard F.W. Raiffeisen, L-2411 Gasperich, Luxembourg.
Is there parking?
Cloche d’Or Shopping Center has extensive parking. Details on access and transit are available on the shopping center’s website.
Is the studio accessible?
We are located on Level 1 (top floor) of Cloche d’Or Shopping Center, between Mango and Van’s. The shopping center has elevators and accessible facilities. If you have specific needs, please email us at hello@gdor.lu so we can accommodate you.
What languages do you speak?
French, English, and Italian.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer your time to another guest and keep our schedule running smoothly. You can manage your booking directly through Salonkee or email us at hello@gdor.lu.
